Even one DNG file wont sync to the cloud.

Hi all,

I have done all the recommendations i found online and my new photos just wont sync. Delete the file, give one star, etc. and even just one file that I import wont sync. I want to upload it from my windows machine so that I can download and edit it in my ipad but this software does not even let me upload a single file. it is stuck at "syncing 1 photo" for hours.

I have uploaded 100GB of data last week (I migrated my catalogs from lightroom classic) and this is the first time I'm importing directly into CC.

    Does lightroom generate any logs that I can collect from my computer? I'd like to get them and check why it doesn't work when I'm connected to my home network but; if i connect my office vpn, it is able to upload.

    other findings:

    - my ipad is able to download most of those smart previous. I edit pictures on it and it is able to upload the changes to the cloud.

    @99jon, sure i will try that next time i have some new DNGs to upload.

    UPDATE:

    the 100GB I uploaded was at my office. I'm trying to upload files now from my home connection and it just doesn't upload. I connected my computer to my office's VPN connection to do some work and I noticed that the single photo that would never sync just completed syncing. So while still on VPN; I imported the remaining photos and I can see progress. Files are being uploaded.

    Does lightroom CC only allow uploads from one source IP?

    Generally you should be able to upload from anywhere.

    Can you add using your web app?
