Exchange code - No Lr mobile
Hi following the activation of my Creative Cloud account through an Exchange Code, I can't access to Lr.
It asks me to renew my subscription everythime I launch Lr, as If my Creative Cloud wasn't including the use of Lr. My 100Gb seems available and working fine for Ps but not Lr.
Spent 5 hours with customer service saying the link between Apple and Adobe is broken so they have no influence, but result is I can't use Lr. As if I have to pay an extra 4,99€ monthly premium to unlock the feature to be able to work on my pictures.
Please, I afforded the Creative Cloud and the Lr solution is actually not working on any device (Online, iPad or Computer). Thanks for your help!
