Expanding cloud storeage? Anyone been successful in doing this?

I've given up on trying to find where I can change my cloud storage after several attempts. One time an actual operator actually took my billing information to expand my cloud storage. No charge was actually ever made to my account so that was unsessful so only about 50,000 photos soon to be lost and no apparent way to retive or expand my could storage.

@tomd18846509  I've reviewed your account at Adobe.com, and you currently have a 1 TB plan (among others). The 1 TB plan is upgradeable from within the Lightroom Desktop App (8.3 and later). The option is found under the cloud icon - in the upper left.
