To better understand the problem, please share more information, such as your system information (from Help System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response). When did you start experiencing this behavior? Was it after an update to the application, the OS, or a change in the setup? Does this happen with every image or just certain ones? Is there an error message displayed on the screen? 

Additionally, a screen recording or relevant chronological screenshots of the export process and its results would be beneficial. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.
