Your reference to 'Green' checkmark and 'Blue' half circle next to most of the photos indicates that you're using Lightroom Desktop, not Lightroom Classic. Therefore, if you can confirm this to be the case, then I'll move you're thread to the correct forum.

In the meantime, the Green checkmark indicates that the file has been synced to the cloud. If you left mouse button click on the checkmark a tooltip appears to tell you this.

The Blue half circle indictaes that the file is in the process of being synced to the cloud.

You also mention exporting 125,000 files, which is a lot. That being said, your reference to some being stuck for 8 hours and the Blue / Green badges suggests, to me, that you're syncing files to the cloud rather than exporting.

That is a very large export process. My first thought is, is there adequate storage available at the Disk / Folder location where the new exported images are being written to?
