export all info from lightroom 6 to the newest lightroom

What do you mean with 'the newest Lightroom'? There are two versions of Lightroom nowadays: Lightroom Classic is the successor of Lightroom 6, and can simply open (and upgrade) your Lightroom 6 catalog. Lightroom is a different app, which cannot migrate an old Lightroom 6 catalog. You would first have to upgrade that catalog with a trial copy of Lightroom Classic, then Lightroom can migrate it. Exporting is never needed.
