Export and Sync Not Working

Hi, 

I am having some trouble exporting my photos out of Lightroom, it says export 1 out of 1 (if I am trying to export 1 photo), but the bar does not download. The download bar does not move no matter how many photos I try to export. 

I recently deleted the app and reinstalled it and that has fixed my problem. 

Does anyone have any recommendations?
