Export from cloud

Hi, 

 

I Upload photos on LR-Cloud from my note9. After i switch to iPhone, and downloaded to iOS LR app, when i try to export to camera roll, i recieve a failed message. Can YOU help me?

When you are viewing an image in Loupe View (single image only), tap the Cloud icon.

 

It should say:

LOCAL - Smart Preview or Original

CLOUD BACKUP - Original

 

If Local says Smart Preview, tap the 'Get this Original' dialog and see if that helps.

What setiings are you using when you export? Can you try 'Largest Available Dimensions'  if you haven't already?
