Export Setting- cannot change file size

New user here! Export setting for file size is 3MP, this area is greyed out so I cannot change. Working with DNG files. How can I change this, my camera is 20 MP.

Can you post a screenshot? In the export settings you will normally change the pixel size, not the file size. The file size is simply a result of the chosen pixel size.
