Export settings

What's the best export settings to use? This new Lightroom looks so different than the old Lightroom 5! Help!

There are no 'best export settings'. If there were, that is what Lightroom would always use. Export settings depend on what you want to do with the exported image.

If you want Lightroom to look like the old Lightroom 5, then you should use Lightroom Classic, not Lightroom (desktop).
