I'm in LRCC and when I click on file I get a small drop down box with no export option all I can do is use a save to option which only allows me to save as a JPEG. I don't have this problem in Lightroom classic cc the drop down box has an export option.

Sounds like perhaps you're not in Lightroom CC (now simply called 'Lightroom'), but in Lightroom Web.

It seems to me that you are using the cloud version of Lightroom, which is simply called Lightroom.

You also say that you do not have this problem in Lightroom Classic.
