exportar imagens

Olá, boa tarde!

 

Eu não estou conseguindo exportar as minhas fotos com o tratamento do Lightrom para a minha pasta na área de trabalho, basicamente quando finalizo o tratamento clico na aba Arquivo e depois em Exportar, e seleciono a pasta para salvar o arquivo, mas quando vou abrir o arquivo nesta pasta aparece apenas o arquivo da foto originaç sem tratamento, alguém sabe se posso tentar salvar de outro modo para resolver este problema? Grato!

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on along with your computers operating system? What settings are you using in the export window while trying to export the files to the folder on your desktop?

 

You can try resetting the preferences of Lightroom by pressing & holding the Shift + Option + Delete keys (on Mac) or the Shift + Alt keys (on Windows) while launching Lightroom, then clicking Yes when when you get the prompt to confirm.
