Exporter un présent Lightroom

Bonjour à tous 

j'ai acheté des présents Lightroom que je n'arriva pas à enregistrer sur mon application car quand j'appuie sur partager pour sélectionner Lightroom pour ouvrir le présent dedans l'application ne m'est pas proposée . J'ai tout essayé mais je n'arrive pas à la faire réapparaître dans mes options de partage. Si qqn peut m'aider ce serait adorable .

Have you tried going into the app first and importing the files? 
You should then be able to Create Preset from the applied settings the provider has used.

Hi there,We are sorry for the trouble experienced with Lightroom. Would you mind sharing the Lightroom version you are using? Are you seeing any problem while importing the presets ? From where did you buy the Lightroom gifts from? Happy to help, just need more info.

Bonjour merci beaucoup
J’utilise la dernière version de Lightroom sur mobile (j’ai l’iPhone 11) d’habitude ça marche toujours (j’ai déjà commandé chez ce photographe) mais cette fois ci l’application ne m’est pas proposée quand je veux partager le preset pour l’ouvrir dans Lightroom.

Et quand j’essaye d’importer les fichiers depuis Lightroom je n’ai pas accès aux téléchargements donc aux presets
