Exporting Problem

Hi,

 

DNG to JPEG

 

The problem appeared yesterday.

I imported a RAW file -> converted to DNG.

DNG -> Develop - Edited an image and -> File export.

 

Page / Export One File

File naming:
I can see that
Example: Rose.DNG - it is still in DNG format and not
In  JPEG  format like earlier.

 

Where's the mistake? I've always exported all the images in this way.

If you took the DNG to the Develop module then you must be using Lightroom Classic. This is the forum for Lightroom for the cloud. Having said that, if the exported image was a DNG then you didn't carefully check the export dialog to make sure the proper export file format was chosen. Seems to me that it can be the only explanation because even in Lightroom for the cloud it's possible to choose what format you want the exported file to be.

    I'm 70 yrs young lady, and I'm trying to learn how to use Lightroom.
    Yes - you are right - I use Lightroom classic (LrC).
