Exporting time in Lightroom mobile - Samsung Note 9

Hi, my phone (Samsung note 9) can't export photos from Lightroom Mobile. I wait 10 minutes and the app still say "exporting".

 

Is it a WiFi problem or What can i do?

Days ago the app exports photos properly, i dont know what just happened :c

Hi there,

That does not sound good, have you recetnly updated the mobile's OS?
Are you using the latest version of Lightroom?
Also, what image format are you exporting?

Hi There, 

Thanks for the help.  My OS is the latest (android 10), my Samsung note 9 is new (1 month) and i am using the latest LR version.  I export in jpg with max quality posible. 

 

Im considering that is mi internet conection. Days ago the exporting process was right, now i do not know what happened. 

 

In my iPad works fine.

This screenshoot is what i see for 10 minutes to infinite minutes jaja
