Exporting to Facebook from my Lightroom Mobile apps is easy. However how do I export from Lightroom CC in my MacBook Pro?

You can't. For reasons best known to themselves, Facebook decided some time ago to prohibit uploading to their platforn from any desktop-based applications, Lightroom included. Your only option from your MBP is to export locally and upload to FB from there.
