Exporting with Title, Caption, and other Information

In lightroom I have the option to title an image and caption it. I would like to export, or email the images with that information attached, so I don't have to manually add that in an email. The images are paintings and so it is important to the client that I add information like the title and the dimensions of the painting in. And I added that all in lightroom – but is there a way, when I email or export them the images, that the information is also attached?

It depends on what you mean by "attached". If you mean a separate text file containing that data, then Lightroom (CC or Classic) cannot do that (although there may be an export plug-in for Classic that can).

If using Classic, when you export and you select the "All Metadata" option to be included in the Metadata panel of the export dialog, the data is included in the appropriate section of the file header of the exported file, and can be seen by viewing the file properties in a file browser (Finder/File Explorer).

If using LRCC, that data is included automatically in the file header of the exported file and can be viewed in the same way.

I am using Lightroom CC. I have prepared 190 captions for a new book. Because the window is so small for captions (and unwieldy) I would like to export the captions with the photo’s ID number to a Pages file for editing and correcting.  How can I do that?  —-or perhaps I should ask, is that possible?

I don't know of any way of doing that, but why not enter/correct the captions using the LRCC Web app instead of the LRCC desktop app? The captions can be multi-line in the web app, unlike that restricted window in the desktop app, and of course the changes sync to all the LRCC apps.
