Exposure different in library than on camera live view

I downloaded Lightroom on my phone and noticed the metering was different in live view than on the library. To elaborate, often the exposure looks fine in live view(when using camera) and on the thumbnail located in the bottom left corner but in the library the photo will be over or under exposed. Can this be fixed and if so how?
