External HD full - migrating to network drive

Hi! 

in addition to cloud, I store all my originals on my external HD and it's gotten full. I recently bought a QNAP NAS to migrate all of my originals. I have mapped it under preferences to store all originals in the same folder (just literally moved from External HD to HDD) but whenever I start LR, it saying it is moving my photos. I don't see that it moves it anywhere. Maybe somebody has had the same issue?
