Face recognition misses obvious faces

Face recognition in LIghtroom (Cloud) often fails to see an obvious face - in some cases when I really want it to. Is there a way to FORCE it to see a face?  I'm relatively new to LR (Cloud) recently attempted to migrate from LRC.
