Failed to load development version

So I used the app fine earlier and Now I I am recieving this message and as you'll see the photo is of poor quality, clearly not loading .

 

I have literally done nothing to it since I've edited a photo last. Any input is appreciated.

This would typically mean your wifi (or cellular) connection is not working correctly and it can't get the full image from the cloud storage.
