Failure to restore lightroom purchase for a new iPhone

Welcome to the Lightroom Community! I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing your Premium subscription after switching to your new iPhone.

I checked the Adobe account associated with your Community profile, but couldn’t find an active Lightroom subscription linked to that email address.

Since you’ve already tried Restore Purchases, I’d like to check whether your subscription might be associated with a different Adobe account.

Could you please confirm the following?

1. On your previous iPhone, did you sign in to Lightroom using Continue with Apple? If so, did you select Hide My Email?

2. On your new iPhone, open Settings > [Your Name] > Sign in with Apple > Lightroom (if listed). Does it show an email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com?

3. In Lightroom, go to Settings > Account and check whether you’re signed in with the same Adobe account you used on your previous iPhone.

If you used Hide My Email, Apple may have created a private relay address associated with your Lightroom subscription, which could explain why the subscription isn’t appearing under your current account.

Please don’t share your email address or purchase details publicly. You can send me the account information privately via DM if needed.

Also, please avoid uninstalling Lightroom while we investigate, as any photos or edits that haven’t synced to the cloud could be lost.

Once we confirm which account was used for the original purchase, we can determine the next steps.
