Feedback

I clicked 'Give Feedback' from lightroom and I guess this is where that happens. Do real people even read this anymore?

I have been using photoshop and lightroom since the early 2000's. As a teenager I would lock myself in the home office and spend countless hours tinkering and creating goofy little art projects. As I jumped into the world of photography I was not initially a fan of lightroom, but as the product developed I was eventually won over. Both were robust products that genuinely cutting edge and I would have had a hard time finding faults with, at least for what they were at the time.

Somehow that's all changed and I have been paying more than ever for a product that has pared down it's features and takes up to 30 seconds to zoom in on a photo that is stored locally on an up-to-date piece of hardware. It is genuinely baffling. 

I had not considered other products for decades, but my good will is used up - and lo and behold, there are programs out there that can handle my very demanding workflow of trying to view a photo at 100% magnification. I have cancelled my subscription and regret not having done so sooner. 

If a real person is reading this. I hope this company treats you better than they treat their product.
