Fehlermeldung Discover / Getting error while uploading images to 'Discover' in Lightroom Mobile

Wenn ich versuche ein bearbeitetes Foto im Bereich "entdecken" als Tutorial hochzuladen kommt die Fehlermeldung "Ihr Schulungskonto ist dafür nicht zugelassen". Ich benutze die Mobile Lightroom Vollversion. Wieso funktioniert das nicht? Ich habe bereits nch Anleitung alles versucht es klappt trotzdem nicht.

Hi there, 

 

Sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Mobile. We're here to help.

Which version of the application and Android are you using? Have you signed in from the correct Adobe ID? Can you try re-login into the application? You get this error only when you try to upload images in the "Discover section"?

Since when is it happening? Can you DM us your Adobe or registered e-mail ID so we can look at what type of subscription is associated with the account?

 

You can try re-installing the application once if your images and presets are backed up or synced.

Hi, i send you my Email ID. I use the newest Version, updated on June 2022 and my mobile phone is a Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5g.

I tried to  re-login several times but it doesn't work. Yes, when i try to upload an edit photo of mine in the discover section as a tutorial.

There is always the same error "your Training Account is not eligible".

Thanks for the details. Did you download the app from the Xiaomi store? Please ensure your files are synced; check lightroom.adobe.com and then uninstall the app and re-download it from the Google Play Store.

Try signing in with your Adobe ID.
