File size

I shoot with Sony a7RIII which produces .ARW files (RAW) in the 45 MP size range.

After editing, and when I Export, some files are 9 GB, some are 35 MB (jpeg) - what am I missing ?

Sorry if this is a very basic question, I am learning.....

For example, this file is on the smaller range, could it be the Crop ?

Could you please share the screenshot of your export settings, showing File settings and Image sizing? We're here to help. Just need some info.
