Files, albums are not available or removed, I can't see them

Dear Lightroom support, 

 

I'm an enterprise account user with a license from my employer, I store and edit photos in my Adobe account.

 

Today, when preparing to edit another portion of the photos, I realized that I don't see any of my previous work made.

 

I checked the shared links to albums and they aren't accessible either. It's empty in all places I can access including the bin.

 

When logging in today I noticed that I seem to have two accounts now: the one matching with my employer's name and a personal one. The personal account in Lightroom says "Renew subscription". I'm not sure if I ever selected that in the past, but assuming I had access to all applications and cloud, I should have been using an enterprise account. 

 

What happened? How do I restore the work I've done? If that's the problem in Personal/Non-personal accounts, how do I move files into the active Non-personal subscription?
