Filtering searching for multiple file names at once

From an ordering system, I get a comma separated list of file names to make it easy to search for the images from the order to prep for printing.

In Lightroom Classic, there is a "Contains All" filter option. So if I search "dogs-01,dogs-07" it will find both these images.

In Lightroom 7, I cannot find a way to search for both these files at the same time.
