Find lost photo from cloud? Is that possible?

Hey there

Recently I opened my Lightroom CC after haven't been using the app for (I think) a couple of weeks. Inside the program was nothing stored. The program was totally like I had never uploaded any file. 

After a couple of phone calls to the it-department one bright minded guy found a location, where my files was stored. I did import all the raw-files (without the editing though), and thought it was fine. Afterwards I have found out, that one (possibly more) of my photos where not in that folder. I have the photo exported in a jpeg-version, so I know the name of the photo, but I can't find the original file anywhere. 

Is there any possible way that my photo(s) can still be found in some kind of cloud-backup. 

No photos can be found in the Lightroom Deleted folder, and the original file aren't anywhere on my drives (not the Trash-bin in Windows either).

Can anybody come up with a solution, so that I can find my original file(s)?
