Fit to window has gone

Since one of the updates, don't know which one, it istn't possible to fit the pictures to the window. Always 100% or any other greater then 100%. Fit to window is marked but also 100%.

Any help here?

M1/16GB/12.5.1

The newest.

Reseting the preferences helps but activating fit to window in the scroll down box could never deactivated. So I don't touch this entry.

And is that the "newest" Lightroom, or Lightroom-Classic, or Lightroom-Mobile, or Lightroom-Web?
