Flickering when using Lightroom on Windows
Just started using Lightroom after a few years away and I'm running into a major issue on my primary editing machine. No issues on Mac OS (MacBook Pro) or iPad/iPhone, but whenever I load up Lightroom on my Windows computer, there is a constant flicker/pulse in the dark areas of the screen (constant), and when switching images in the library. It's similar to a PWM flicker if I had to describe it, but only in certain areas of the app. Navigating in the app also feels really slow/lagged. I'm certain it has something to do with GPU/hardware acceleration, but all changes to those settings and/or drivers make zero difference.
I have tried the following:
- disabled GPU acceleration
- reenabled GPU acceleration
- rebooted
- installed all Windows updates
- rolled back the current Nvidia driver
- switched to the Nvidia studio driver
- performed a clean install of Lightroom
Nothing has made any difference. System info is pasted below for reference.
