Would you mind sharing more details on the issue seen? What versions of Lightroom and Android are you using? How are you trying to export, and what are you doing while exporting?

Like this, I can't get the png file I selected in the bottom corner, it stays close to the middle

The situation was always the same with the Huawei phones I used 

Huawei mate 30 pro, Huawei p40 pro, Huawei p40

Thanks for the details. Is it happening with just this watermark or other similar files as well? Can you try selecting another anchor point also? Try using the horizontal slider after changing the anchor point? What is the size of the PNG file? 

If this doesn't work, would you mind sharing the file as a private message to try and test it on our end?
