format d'importation des photos

Bonsoir à la communauté,

 

Je viens d'installer lightroom. Quand j'importe des fichiers raw depuis "photos" de Mac (catalina) le format se transforme automatiquement en jpeg ce qui limite la capacité de traitement.

Savez-vous pourquoi et comment y remédier?

Hi Fred,

 

That isn't an expected result as Raw image is getting converted to Jpeg while importing. 

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using? We have identified some known issues in Lightroom running on Mac OS Catalina.

 

Please update to the latest version of Lightroom 3.0 and let us know if that helps.

Hi Akash

Thanks. I just updated to the 3.0 version and it still does the same.

Here is an example : 

On the left it is in RAW when in the Photos App and on the right it is jpeg when imported on LR.
