Foto Abo - "dieser Kauf wird nicht unterstützt"

Guten Abend,

ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich habe vor einer Weile mir das Lightroom Abo gekauft mit 1TB speicher in dem Glauben ich bekomme auch Lightroom Classic dazu. Ich hatte mich leider nicht richtig informiert...was soll, ist halt Lehrgeld.

Jetzt wollte ich auf das Foto Abo aufstocken um Photoshop und Lightroom Classic dazu zu bekommen. (Lightroom Classic ist das wichtigste Programm für mich!)

Sobald ich aber auf "kaufen" gehe meckert es beim Zahlvorgang rum uind sagt: "Sie haben Lightroom-Abo mit 1 TB bereits gekauft." und ich kann das Abo nicht abschließen!.

Kann mir hier jemand weiter helfen?

Vielen Dank im Voraus.

    Go to the following webpage, and in the lower left-hand corner click on the option to change the region. Then follow the instructions to change your plan. One of the boxes will give you the option to do that.
