Question

Gostaria de saber se tem como vocês recuperar minhas fotos, pois exclui do lightroom e não foi para lixeira, perdi mais de 700 fotos

Hey, @larissa_5062. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with, and you currently don't have an active subscription.

Were you using the same email as Community to log in to Lightroom on Mobile?

If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that had an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data would have synced to the cloud. Also, images deleted from the Gallery view in Lightroom can not be recovered; they're deleted permanently.
