Could you please confirm the version of Lightroom you are using by going to Help > About Lightroom or About Lightroom Classic along with the operating system you are working on?

If you are using Adobe Lightroom (Cloud), it currently does not have the options for Tether capture. Please check here to learn more about the differences between Adobe Lightroom & Lightroom Classic: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-feature-comparison.html

You will need Lightroom Classic to tether capture from compatible cameras. If you have Creative Cloud desktop app, please install Lightroom Classic from the Creative Cloud app or you can use this link to download Lightroom Classic: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/get-started.html
