from LR to PS and back

hello, each time I export to PS a photo that I have already started to edit in LR, and add editing in PS, I miss all the masks in the edit panel that I had already edited in LR

 

so should I wish to modify some of those editing, I must restart from scratch

 

how can I preserve them going back from PS to LR ?

    This is as expected. There is nothing you can do about that. When you send an image from Lightroom to Photoshop, then Lightroom applies all the edits to the pixels of a copy of that image, before it is sent. That means the Lightroom edits are now 'baked into the image' and cannot be changed again. When the image comes back in Lightroom from Photoshop, it is a new image, so there are no existing Lightroom edit settings.
