From one cloud to another one

I am using Lightroom Cloud (newest version) for personal purposes and now also Adobe for Teams. I wanted to transfer the files from the personal to Teams-Account and used the LR Downlaoder. But every attempt to upload the downloaded files crashes the computer (using MacBook Pro M3 Pro with macOS 26.1). Is there another way to get the files from one account to the other one? Or can I merge the accounts?

Third attempt worked. New Download per Lightroom Downloader and new import was the solution...

Hey, @bguenduez. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Generally, you can opt in to migrate the data from the personal profile to your team's account. Head here to learn more: https://adobe.ly/4aNZTT4

Using the Lightroom Downloader is the method for transferring data from one account to the next. Does Lightroom crash for you when you sign in to the business profile and attempt to sync? Do you see a crash report when Lightroom crashes? If yes, please submit the crash report with your Adobe ID. Head here for the steps: https://adobe.ly/4rPFKCm

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K , thanks for the kind answer. Migration is not possbile anymore, Teams-Account is aleady running. No, I downloaded the files with the Lightroom Downloader and now want to add them to my Lightroom Desktop-App logged in with my team account. When I do this, not only Lightroom crashes – the macOS completely crashes. Yes, after restart I see a crash report und will submi it.  Best, Bülent
