Full Screen Mode broken since updating to 6.4 on Mac and Win11

I'm seeing this on both my Mac (latest MacOS) and Win11 installs. When I hit F for Detail - Full Screen mode for evaluating images instead of getting Full screen mode I get a player UI with a black screen showing 0:01s of video.
