Generative AI errors and taking too long

Generative AI removals are taking SO LONG to process, and often end with an error that says “Could not remove. Something went wrong. Please try again.”

This is happening almost every time I try to remove more than one spot at a time, but even one spot is taking forever to load.

    Generally, when the generated content is flagged as inappropriate, you can use the in-app option to provide feedback on the failed generation. We currently don't have user-level control over what gets flagged. 

    You can try the same image in Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4s61hWj) and use the Remove tool with Generative AI to verify if it is a file-specific issue.
