Feature Request: Generative AI for Resizing Low-Resolution Images

Hi,

It would be great to have a feature where generative AI can resize a picture by 2x or 4x, generating new pixels to enhance old or low-resolution images. This would be really helpful for improving image quality and usability (especially in Lightroom).
