Generative Upscale not working in LR9.2

I have upgraded Lightroom to 9.2 and was testing the generative upscale feature.  It goes through all the right windows and progress bars.  But when I check the new DNG photo, it has not been upsized.  I have tried raw and jpg files, I have tired different size files to upscale (from 500k to 6mb) and all act the same way.  The itching the process, it appears to be working but when I check the new generated files there is now size/resolution increase.  I am VERY familiar with Lightroom and this is just confounding me.

I have restarted LR several times, rebooted several times.  Still it persists.

I have encountered the same issue. Spoke with customer support and while they were able to reproduce the issue on my Mac, they had no answer or response to fixing the issue. Still suffering thru the mess.

Same here. On LR web. Upscaled a jpg yesterday but not a DNG (denoised and edited) today. It creates a new DNG but the new upscale size is not indicted.

To confirm, are you saying that you used the Generative Upscale workflow in Lightroom Desktop, but you do not see the increased resolution reflected in Lightroom Web? I ask because I just did the exactl same thing, but I see the upscaled resolution indicated in Lightroom Web’s Info view.

Can you attach a screenshot from Lightroom Web showing the Info view for the upscaled photo?

Upscaled a JPG worked fine to upscale with new feature fine yesterday but not a denoised RAW or DNG today.

    Hi Mickey,

Can you elaborate on “But when I check the new DNG photo, it has not been upsized”? Are you saying that you get a DNG file, but it has the same resolution as the original file?

Also, can you confirm which plan you’re subscribed to? Thanks!
