Generative Upscale will not work - both firefly and topaz

I took some photos yesterday that needed a tight crop and upscale. The Generative upscale was working fine yesterday, then out of the blue it stopped working. Will not work on Photoshop, or Lightroom, both Topaz and Firefly.

I am on a Mac with plenty enough memory, 48gb, and plenty of disc space.

Please let us know when you get a resolution to this issue!
