Getting charged monthly but Premium isn't activated

Every month I get charged for Adobe Lightroom via Google $4.99, but I'm not able to use the Premium features. I know I'm using the same ID/email.

I tried to "upgrade" to see if I'd be able to, it tells me it's a duplicate purchase.

How can this be fixed?

Have you tried Restore Purchase from within the Settings?
