Question

Getting faces detected in LR into LRClassic

I understand that LRCC is much better at detecting faces than Lightroom Classic, suppposedly using AI. Lightroom Classic is Horrible at detecting faces. I'm looking for a way to get these detected face names into Lightroom Classic. I know that keywords do not sync between the two lightrooms so I'd be happy with any method that got the detected face names copied to something like the "caption" which does sync. Any thoughts?

Adobe seems to have forgotten about Lightroom Classic users. Face detction was last updated five years ago (v7.3) and is pretty much unusable. It confuses old men with young women and gives up on faces that are in profile. It is neither useful at face detection nor face pairing.

This is one of those cases of neglecting a service until its own users declare it unusable and therefopre they discontinue it.

Dear Adobe, please just a morcel of R&D for us cloudless wretches.
