Glitches with Poco F3

When I edit Fuji RAF files in black and white, I get this horrible glitch where the image appears negative while I adjust edits, not sure how to fix. Anyone else experience something like this? It doesn't happen when I edit in colour, and I edited on my pc without any issues at all.
