Going from Business Account to Personal Lightroom

I had recently switched my subsciption to personal from buisness and now none of my pictures are showing up after logging out and logging in. I'm still logged in on my phone but it keeps bringing up "subscription expiered" Before I logged out on my ipad, there would be an error appearing when id click on the cloud. 

 

how do i get my data back?

    Hello @juuhhhyaki 

    I see you have about 10 GB of files uploaded to your currently subscribed, personal account.  And you have about 120 GB uploaded to your expired business account that is associated with your same email address.

     

    Lightroom Mobile for iOS should allow you to sign into either account.  However, if you wish to recover those images from your expired account, and if you have a desktop computer, I recommend using the Adobe Lightroom Downloader.  This tool will download all images and edits from any account you sign into, and can retrieve all your files from the expired account.  For more info, please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/download-lightroom-photos.html 

     

    Once downloaded, if there are images you would like to upload to your currently subscribed account, just sign into your account using a desktop web browser at https://lightroom.adobe.com/  ..Then drag and drop your images into your account, or any specific album you want.
