Grainy photos from Photoshop Express to Lightroom

Afternoon, this just started a couple of days ago.  I use my iPad quite a bit for editing the simple photos for the parents on the team.  I've run into an issue when I edit a photo in Photoshop Express then "save to device" it becomes super grainy in Lightroom.  It has never done this until a couple of day ago.  I've updated all the Adobe apps I have along with doing an update on the iPad.  I've restarted the iPad, I feel like I've done all I can think about.  

Any ideas?
