Graphics Processor Has encountered an unrecoverable error: App Crashing as a result

So I went to my preferences panel and under GPU it says

"The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error."

I've tried the following steps to rectify the issue:

1) Exited out, reboot my computer.

2) Unistalled on Creative Cloud followed by a reboot and installation again.

3)Uninstalled using "app cleaner and unistaller" from MacCleaner Pro and rebooted followed by reinstalled via creative cloud.

All of the above steps didn't work. It's incredibly slow, and my CPU usage goes up to 400-600%, with .04-1% of GPU usage. It takes several seconds to open, and anytime I click on something, the application doesn't respond for 10-15 seconds and shows as not responding in my activity monitor.
So if I go to preferences - 10-15 seconds to open, I select an area for generative remove - 10-15 seconds. I'll also get black blocks on some of the areas selected for removal.

Lightroom:

I'm running app version: 8.5.1

My Hardware: MacBook Pro M3 Max 30 Core GPU with 36GB of RAM running Mac OS Tahoe 26.0.1

I can't attach my logs here for some reason. So you can contact me if you would like.

Hey, @Jordan_Toth0897. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. We couldn't locate crash reports from the email you're signed into the community with.

Exit all Adobe Apps, navigate to the folder shared below, move the log files to the desktop, and empty the log folder.

  • On Mac, the log location is: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Logs. A shortcut to get to this folder on Mac is:
    1. In the Finder, open the Go menu.
    2. Select Go to Folder.
    3. Enter the path ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw.
    4. Click Go.

For example: /Users/tester/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw

Let me know if the issue exists after this. Thanks!
