Have students invite me to their albums with edit privileges with a weblink from Lightroom for the web

Question

I am trying to have students invite me to their albums with edit privileges with a weblink from Lightroom for the web. I can see how they Invite with edit privileges by email. They can click the Invite button, change the dropdown to “Can Edit” and send me an email. But, I do not want 90 emails. I want to do this by link so they can paste that link into Canvas. But when I do the share with just the Copy Link , it is view only and I do not see a pop down control to change that to “Can edit”

I believe you have to be invited (via email)to have edit permissions for another user’sShared Album.(i.e. you cannot edit photos in a Public Link)
