Having difficulty syncing videos to cloud storage

Many of my local videos (over 1 GB) are not detected or automatically synced to the cloud. Even when manually imported, many of these files fail to upload without any error message.

Hi Sameer,

 

Thank you for looking into this. In my case, it seems the issue was partly due to my phone's storage being nearly full, and it was resolved by freeing up some space for the upload process. However it would still be beneficial to provide an error message to assist users in identifying and resolving such issues

Have you tried importing the video from the Files App to Lightroom? Were these videos shot on the same device? If not, what is the source and format for these files? 

 

Please share more details.
